Cawdor Residences
New Residential · 2025 to date
A modern home for two brothers, drawing on Italian design. Clean contemporary lines are paired with natural stone and textured timber, and the way light and shadow fall across those surfaces gives the house its character.
The Design
The house is dramatic in places and intimate in others. Double-volume entrances lead into open living, dining and kitchen spaces, which open onto a patio and braai area, the pool and a water-feature wall.
